That said, we take leaders through the following framework components but because I’m trying to help them shape and refine a “practice”, the process is iterative and leaders will cycle back to different components at different times

Focused on getting to know your leadership capacity, style and development areas with a Personal Leadership Development Plan and a process to maximize strengths and become aware of blindspots as your develop skills in needed areas.
ENGAGEMENT
Focused on developing awareness and enhancing nuanced interpersonal communications in preparation to advance organizational change. You will develop your Value Proposition for Change Effort with a complete communication style assessment.
DISCOVERY
Focused on exploring, articulating and gaining clarity related to the organizational change you intend to advance. We will focus on the introduction and applied use of various tools to assess, analyze and diagnose root problems related to your change effort.
CHANGE PROCESS
Focused on understanding your own and others preferences around change and how to apply the change process to your change challenge. You will develop a blueprint for change success and a communications plan to express why the change is necessary.
INTEGRATE
Focused on learning from initial implementation efforts and applying learnings to improvements; integrating the change into the organizational culture. Establish a structure to guide full implementation and scale with a Change Effort Implementation plan.
WHAT MAKES THIS PROCESS unique
Change leadership can feel terrifying. Leaders who know they need to advance complex change in order to solve or prevent a big problem often feel like they are totally alone and they most often are unsure as to how to figure out where to begin and what to put in place.
We start with the leaders themselves and help them gain an enhanced level of self-awareness and then help them start to understand and apply adaptive leadership skills to their thinking and their work, which is a bit of an art form.
We spend time really helping each leader get clear on where you are and where you want your work to go and what might be standing in your way, which is always changing.
We then focus on sharing relevant content, strategies and practice to refine skills in areas that are tailored to each client.
All throughout we integrate personal leadership, change management, and organizational development together to maximize your potential to lead significant work in ways that really make a positive difference.
